Pricing and Options
$100/lesson. Lessons are an hour long, with some wiggle room depending on what kind of shape your arm is in (a 25 pitch bullpen will not take as long as an 80 pitch simulated game, for instance).
I am also open to working with more than one athlete at a time at a discounted hourly rate. Send me an email if this is of interest, and we can discuss logistics/pricing.
If you find value in working with me and want to commit to a longer-term arrangement, I'd be happy to discuss multi-lesson discounted rates as well.
What to Expect
First lesson: This will largely be an assessment period. I will take you through a warmup I personally used in college and then we will go from catch play to mound work. Whereas there will certainly be room to make changes off the bat, the lion's share of your improvement will come from repetition and implementing routines and drills to be done on a regular basis.
Thereafter: As we get a better sense for each other, I will look to fine tune your performance in a way that works for you by implementing things such as throwing drills, weighted ball drills, arm care routines, lifting routines, mobility routines, plyometric exercises, visualization techniques and mental cues. All of this will be done in a way that suits your schedule, age, access to equipment/facilities, coachability style etc. My goal is to push you to become the best pitcher you can be, and that means working in the productive zone between idleness and overexertion. That also means we will work on specific goals you may have which may range from increased velocity to improved command or pitch design.
